PrimeShopping is an India-based online store selling trending products including Home Decor, Gifting, Kids Educational items, Kitchen essentials, and more. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India only
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days from order confirmation
Delivery times may vary during festivals or unforeseen circumstances
A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched
4. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only — no cash refunds
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Valid reasons for replacement:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product received
📸 Proof Required for Replacement:
To process your replacement request, you must provide the following proof within 48 hours of delivery:
Unboxing video — A clear video of the package being opened (mandatory)
Photos of the product — Clear images showing the damage or wrong item
Photos of the packaging — Images of the outer box/cover with courier label visible
⚠️ Note: Replacement requests without video/photo proof will not be accepted. This helps us serve you better and faster.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
