Return & Refund Policy — PrimeShopping

At PrimeShopping, we want you to have the best shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Our Policy — Replacement Only
We offer free replacement on eligible items. We do not offer cash refunds except in specific cases mentioned below.
2. Eligible Reasons for Replacement
We accept replacement requests only in the following cases:
❌ Wrong product delivered
❌ Damaged product received
❌ Defective product received
Note: Replacement is not applicable for change of mind, wrong size selected by customer, or any other personal reason.
3. How to Request a Replacement
Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on:

Step 2: Send the following proof:
🎥 Unboxing video (mandatory — from the moment you open the package)
📸 Clear photos of the damaged/wrong product
📸 Photos of packaging with courier label visible
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
Step 4: If approved, replacement will be shipped free of cost
⚠️ Requests without unboxing video/photo proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Replacement Conditions
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Replacement is subject to stock availability
If the same product is out of stock, we will inform you and offer an alternative
5. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds. However, a refund will be processed in the following case:
✅ Ordered item is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available
In this case:
Full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
COD orders will receive refund via UPI/Bank Transfer
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for replacement or refund:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by customer
Items returned without prior approval from our team
Items without original packaging
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
